Gauge
18 stitches x 27 rows in pattern = 4 x 4”
A note on the gauge: this stitch pattern looks best with two sizes of needles that are 5 sizes apart. If you need to go up or down a needle size, I recommend changing only one needle size at a time to obtain gauge.

Notes
This cardigan is knit from the bottom up, in pieces, with set in pockets and allover texture. The sides are seamed, allowing you to customize armhole size. Stitches are picked up along the bottom and arm hole openings to create hems and sleeve cuffs. Stitches are picked up along the front and worked across the back neck and front to create the front button band and collar. Stitches are picked up across the tops of the pockets to finish the piece.
