I made this for a friend who said she liked front post stitches. While playing around, it kinda got a mind of its own, to say the least. Though it looks like all front post, it isn’t, so don’t let that stop you. The pattern is just a series of V shapes which looks like chaos, but I assure you it is planned chaos. It has been tested and approved by Robin herself.

I will warn you, this is not a fast make and is not for beginners. It requires total attention and works up on the thick side. I suggest going up a hook size for making this, as it can easily become stiff, especially if you crochet tight. The pattern has round by round photos and notes specific to this pattern to help you along.

I ended the pattern where I did so it will make an interesting pattern when joined. You can always add a solid round to finish it off, if you want to join it to other squares. Though it is not a true 12” square, it can be with just another round or 2, depending on your yarn and tension.

I am putting this out for free so others can enjoy the chaos and take on the challenge of the puzzle. Please show what you make with it, I love to see who completes the puzzle.

This is my present to all who like a challenge and get bored easily!

I am always reachable by email or PM if you have any questions or find errors. You can also find me hanging out in my group.
