The rocking horse and Ted pattern is very versatile; you have several options on the finished item.
The rocking horse including rockers stands 8 inches high and is 8 inches long, little Ted stands 5 inches high.

The instruction for making the wings and the horn are included, so the rocking horse can become a Unicorn or a Pegasus – you could even make a Pegacorn! Little Ted can be given wings to change him into an angel bear**

Material needed
50gr white rico baby teddy Aran or equivalent yarn like Sirdar Snowflake DK (rocking horse)
25gr light brown chenille yarn you can use DK with the same result. (Teddy)
25gr pale blue DK or colour of your choice (The rocker)
Less than 10gr white DK (wings)
Scrap of darker blue or colour of your choice DK for( bridle, saddle and tail.)
Scrap of silver metalic yarn or DK colour of your coice for the horn
Scrap of black for embroidering eyes, mouth and nose.
A pair 3mm /UK 11/ US 3 straight needles
A pair of 4mm/UK 8/US 6 straight needles
Spare small double pointed needles or stitch holder.
4 x 12 inch chenille sticks
Fiberfill.

k = knit
p = purl
k2tog/p2tog = knit/purl the next
two stitches together (decreases 1
st)
Ss = stockinet stitch (knit one row,
purl one row)
st/sts = stitch/stitches
inc1 = (increase) by knitting into
front and back of same stitch.
