Each sock takes just under a week… but still a nice rainy day project? Yes?

I’ve tattoo-d mine - as a mere frippery - the choice is yours and I’ve provided a quick sketch of the design I applied

They/ it are/is knitted flat the seams run alongside of the leg - the front being made up of a long panel - the back of the leg with subtle increases for shape - this does mean the ‘dreaded sewing up’… but garter stitch mattress seam is fun, easy and produces a rather pleasing seam detail, so that for me wasn’t a problem at all

The finished sock is a just-under-knee length that slouches down to mid calf… uber-cool - however I WILL make some really long ones some day soon - they would be marvelous with this pattern - a summer vacation project me thinks!
