Rocky the Racoon is one rambunctious critter. Knit a square with some simple intarsia for his face details. Then, knit his furry tail and garter stitch ears. Assemble and embroider face. You can add beads for eyes. If giving to a child, embroider eyes.

YARN
Vanna’s Choice
1 skein each in #153 Black and #305 Pearl Mist
Fun Fur
1 skein in #204

Like all of the cuddly creatures in this book, Rocky can be knit to different sizes by using different yarn weights and gauges. Need it oversized? Use bulky or jumbo yarn. Need it tiny? Try a finer weight. It’s as simple as that.
