The giant Rödgavel, lord of Omberg, was named for the long red beard he wore. He lived inside the largest cave in Omberg mountain, which bore his name Red gable. The cave was also the entrance to a palace (Sw. Rödgavels port). Inside the mountain there were enchanted gardens, and if you happened to get lost on the mountain, you could tum some of your clothing inside out. This would prevent the spirit of the mountain from misleading you.

Simple unisex sock in geometric pattern made with only knit and purl stitches. Easily switched between rugged winter wear with boots to simple dressed up sophistication.
