This is a 7 page pdf file with instructions to make these warm and colorful yoga/exercise socks. Look great while you’re at the gym or add a little extra warmth for your feet while relaxing at home. Great for using up extra yarn or for stocking stuffers this Christmas. Uses Sport Weight Yarn (3).

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate. If you have worked in the round and can chain, sc, hdc, and slip stitch you should be able to complete these socks. The pattern includes photo tutorials on how to make FPsc and BPsc stitches (post stitches) and a decrease stitch.

Dimensions ankle circumference:

Small: 7 1/2”
Medium: 8 1/2”
Large: 9 1/2”
Plus: 10 1/2”

Length: All sizes are 7 1/2 (foot section = 4 1/2 “) but this is easily adjustable and notes are in the pattern.

To determine your size: First, measure the circumference of your ankle. This number should be your minimum size. This is an approximate measurement - you can check to see that the sock will fit over the foot and heel after working a few rounds. There are notes in the pattern to make further adjustments so that the sock fits snugly on your foot.

All patterns are written using US crochet standard terms.
