A pretty shrug that will add some warmth and romantic flair to your casual or party attire. It can be worn with or without a brooch or pin. It can also be worn as a shoulder wrap.

The main body of this shrug is worked vertically, starting at the center back. No sewing is needed, work is continuous from body to sleeve edging. This is a fairly easy to crochet wearable since it is light and lacy.

Complete written instructions with stitch diagrams included. Pattern is written for sizes Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large, as indicated by bust sizes: small - 31 to 32 inches; medium - 33 to 34 inches; large - 35 to 36 inches; x-large - 37 to 38 inches

Cotton thread size 8, 5 balls was used for the model shown here, made in medium size. This can be substituted with Cotton thread size 10.
Crochet hook size 2.25mm. (equivalent to size B or size 3/0) was used in this project.
