Roo-Loop is a cowl or long double-loop with an integrated supercosy hidden pocket in the front to keep your hands warm.
Or use it for your iPod, sunglasses, keys, etc. – what will you put in your pocket?

The cowl is constructed as a tube with a small tube inside, all knit in the round, seamlessly in one piece. The pocket part is explained with a photo-tutorial.

It’s fun to make and fun to wear ☺

The pattern contains instructions for three sizes: short, medium or long double-loop.
You can see an overview of the sizes in this post.
size S: 120cm/47.2“ long,
size M: 150cm/59“ long,
size L (size of sample): 180cm/71“ long
all sizes: 19cm/7.5“ tall (1/2 of tube circumference)
The cowl can easily be made longer or shorter but keep in mind that this will affect yardage requirements.

You’ll need yarns in 2 colours A + B, worsted to aran weight.
Approx. yardage requirements for main colour A:
size S: 370m/400yds, size M: 460m/500yds, size L: 550m/600yds
for contrast colour B:
size S: 110m/120yds, size M: 135m/150yds, size L: 160m/175yds
Yarn used for sample (size L): Malabrigo Merino Worsted (aran weight, 100g = 192m/210yds), 3 skeins in colourway Polar Morn, 0.8 skeins in Geranio, on 6mm/US10 needles

I hope you’ll enjoy the pattern!
