Gauge and Needles
22 sts x 28 rounds = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in) worked in plain stockinette in the round on smaller needles. Larger needles should be 0.5 mm or one US size larger than smaller needles.

4 mm (US 6) or size needed to match gauge (smaller needles)
4.5 mm (US 7) for colourwork parts (larger needles)

The pattern uses written instructions combined with charts for the colourwork parts.
