ROSARITA is a female cowl made of fingering weight yarn in pastel colors. Details like the German twisted cast on, seamless transitions from ribbing and pattern yield a cozy female accessory.

It is a perfect pattern to gift yourself or to warm the ones you love.
Knitting in the round makes it easy to work the pattern. A whole skein in a light neutral color was used with three mini skeins that highlight the texture of the pattern perfectly.

I have tried to keep the pattern simple, based on the basic stitches, increases and decreases. Although it looks like cabled stitches, there is no need for a single cable needle. You can do it, knitters!

Sample shown was knit in Madelinetosh Merino Light, which creates a very squishy, light fabric and makes stitches pop out for glorious texture. The cowl can be knit in multiple sizes by changing number of stitches, needle size and gauge.
