Filet crochet overblouses were popular during the 1920s. With fashions becoming simpler and more fitted, like the popular “flapper” look, many woman turned to these overblouses when they wanted something lacy, frilly, or just handmade. This overblouse provides just the right amount of “frill” along with additional warmth.
For sizes S, M, and L, the front and back overlap with the front ties tied in the back, and the back ties tied in the front. For sizes XL, XXL, and XXXL, the ties are tied at the sides.

Any lace weight yarn or #10 thread can be used.
