I did this doily a few years back. Submitted it and was accepted for publication, But then the magazine was discontinued. So it’s been waiting in the wings so to speak. They have finally released it in the February 2010 issue of Crochet World. I was so happy to see it released.
This was one of my favorite doilies to design. I was trying to come up with a half rose and this was my results. That and I was playing around with the oval shape. Done in size 20 threads.
