Rosemarkie Cowl is named after Rosemarkie, Scotland, a lovely little seaside town on the Black Isle. Rosemarkie is one of our favorite places from our travels. The flowers in this simple cowl remind me of the small flowers and moss of the Fairy Glen, a magical area that is lush with foliage and waterfalls.

This cowl is simple enough for beginners, but should also hold the attention of more experienced knitters. The pattern is easily memorizable, making it a very portable project!

It has great drape and will be perfect for those spring days when there is still a little chill in the air.
