This lovely shawl begins with a touch of lace and expands outwards to form a half circle. An applied lace edging at the end adds a finishing touch. Perfect for different weights of yarn. The shawl can be enlarged easily.

This pattern is written for two sizes, shawlette (40 inch wingspan) and shawl (60 inch wingspan). It also includes full written and charted (where needed) instructions. This shawl is perfect for beginners and advanced knitters alike.

GAUGE:
Gauge in this shawl is an interesting beast, because the fabric is stretched to different degrees at different points in the fabric. Ultimately, as long as you like the fabric that results, you’re good.
