Rosey's Summer Head Band in the round

May 2011
US 10 - 6.0 mm
This pattern is available as a free Ravelry download

This headband has a slight frill around the edge, the open knit keeps your head nice and cool in the hot summers, and does a great job of keeping those wispy bits of hair away from your face.

After wearing this headband for a few hrs - it tends to stretch alot, so it is quite loose around the head. This is how I like it, so I do not get a headache.

This headband was named after my cat, Rosey.
I want to share my vet experience in Gunnedah here:
Gunnedah Pet Vet, vet Ann Luke, 98 Barber Street, Gunnedah, NSW, 2380:
Gave treatment for ear mites after determining there was none, neglected a Mast Cell Tumour and when I questioned her, she banned me from her Surgery - Ann Luke is the vet and owner, her exact words “. I will inactivate you as a client. You and your cat need not come here anymore”. Such wonderful service in Gunnedah. (The cat died of Mast Cell Tumors)

And other vet in Gunnedah: Gunnedah Sale Yards Veterinary Clinic – vet Mark Baker, Boggabri Road, Gunnedah, NSW, 2380:
After treatment was complete, I paid my bill in full, but they kept sending me more bills, and when I told them I had paid in full on the day of treatment, the owner Mark Baker said he will no longer treat small animals, dogs/cats.

There is one more vet, David Amos, after taking my 2 cats to him, one died, she was very young and did not need to die. The other could have been cured if the vet asked one simple question “what do you feed your cat”. But he is too interested in wanting people to spend hundreds of dollars on biopsies.
