Roxanna was the daughter of the Persian king Darius III who married Alexander after he took over the country. Therefore, I consider this shawlette fit for a queen.

This beautiful design follows a gorgeous lace pattern for the edging. Its crescent shape is obtained with working short rows and decreases. Not to mention that the shape helps the shawlette to stay on the shoulders.
