This is my version of the sweater Princess Charlotte is wearing on her second public photo shoot.
I wanted it to match the hat I made by Linda Castles “A bonnet for every little princess” so I have used her mock cable and wrap technique, but any 3 stitch cable and wrap will do.
The sweater is knitted in garter stitch throughout from side to side in one piece and has a mock cable running across the yoke. There is a back opening with 3 buttons.
Shaping is done with short rows.
