This is actually a Christmas present for my cousin.

Shhhh!!! Don’t tell her!

Anyway, she works with kids at a kindergarten, and I figured an apron with ducky pockets would be both helpful and adorable. I added some recommendations in for adjusting the size of the apron if you need to. She’s pretty much a medium, so the original directions are for that size.

You’re going to need about 500 to 600 yards of the YarnArt, and about 100 yards of the yellow for a medium sized apron. The beak just takes a couple of pieces of scrap orange yarn.

Also, I highly recommend using all cotton yarn for this for safety reasons. You don’t want to accidentally melt your apron by using acrylics.

Have fun and happy duckies!
