This pattern calls for worsted (4) weight yarn and Ruffle yarn along with size 5.5mm (US9) Double Pointed Needles (or use the Magic Loop Method) and Straight Needles AND size 10.0mm (US15) Double Pointed Needles.

This is an intermediate level pattern due to working with ruffle yarn. Check out the tutorial linked above if you need help learning how to knit with this yarn.
