I designed this skirty pattern for someone already familiar with knitting. Creating the skirt is easy with a little practice, and can be used to add a skirt to any soaker, shorty, or longie pattern.

I have never needed more than a 3.5oz skein of worsted weight wool yarn to complete Ruffle Skirted Soaker.
