Running Water is an open-front cardigan with a wide ribbed band and a shawl collar. The garment is worked seamlessly from the top down.
ribbed details along the sleeve cap on the front and a ribbed section on the back, ending in a triangle, on a reverse stockinette background are lovely eyecatchers.

The ribbed band features comfortable hidden pockets. The inserted sleeves with sleeve caps worked at the same time as the shoulder part of the cardigan give “Running Water” a fitted look. increases on the fronts at The lower body result in a slightly a-line and a more flattering shape.

Knitted in a sport weight yarn, running Water is a perfect companion throughout the year.
Choose a speckled, semisolid or solid yarn to match the cardigan to your favorite wadrobe pieces.

GAUGE
23 sts x 30 rows per 10 cm/4” in reverse stockinette stitch with needle 3.50/US4 after washing and blocking

Take time to check gauge, and adjust needle size if neccessary to obtain gauge.

Two 3.50 mm/US4 circular needles, 80 cm and 120 cm (for applied collar)
