This is a quick and simple hat knit in the round, with cables every eight rows, allowing you to relax during the rest rows. I found it to be great TV/travel knitting.

The finished design offers a great deal of stretch and therefore should fit a wide assortment of head sizes. The (med/lrg) sizes provided, will neatly hug a smaller head and easily stretch to fit up to a 24”-25” size.

I have shown the same hat (Large) worn by a man, woman and child. It fits them all. Woman’s version was worn as a slouch with the band unrolled. Man and child have rolled the cuff three times for extra ear warmth with a snug classic fit.
