Using an aran or worsted weight yarn, these fingerless mitts are quick to whip up. Worked in the round (magic loop instructions only are provided, but they are easy enough to convert to DPN’s) from the ‘cuff’ up in stocking stitch (knit all the way) with simple increases and decreases, no ribbing and an elastic cast off. They are plain, simple, a joy to knit and comfy to wear. Gauge/tension is not ‘important’ - I got approx 4 sts and 7.5 rows to the inch. Just try on as you go, see how they fit!

One size (adult ladies) only, but with a bit of maths other larger/smaller sizes are easy to work out. You can make the ‘cuff’ as long or as short as you like, but bear in mind your yardage may vary!

Please note this is a personal pattern only, and hasn’t been tech edited or tested.
