Designed with my grandmother Ruth in mind, this cozy cowl is practical and down to earth, yet still romantic and charming. The chunky Fibre Company Tundra gives a lovely soft halo, adding to the overall effect.

Ruth’s cowl is worked in a pretty lace pattern with a motif that reminds me of Grandma Ruth’s favorite flower, the rose. Buttons and buttonholes at opposite ends join the cowl, allowing the piece to be worn as either cowl or scarf.

The pattern is written for two sizes, size small wraps once around, size large is long enough to wrap twice.

Finished Measurements: 9.75 (12.5)” wide x 27 (48)” circumference, with button bands overlapped, and buttons fastened.

Color: Taiga 2 (3) skeins
