These rosy mitts were born out of my stash busting efforts and a couple of rose sketches. Leftover bits of petrol, pink and green yarns from my stash complimented the sketches perfectly.

There are charts for two versions of the wrist pattern: a symmetric rose and an asymmetric rose.

The pattern is chart-based. There are short notes for fingerless mitts with a small thumb gusset included. Previous knowledge on mitt construction is assumed as details are not written out. Mainly I wanted to share the rose charts with other knitters to use on their own projects.

Sizing can be altered by adjusting gauge. Both thumb and main patterns are short repeats so you can easily add or reduce rows as needed. The thumb gusset as written is a short one. The cuff as written is also short but covers the wrist. If you wish to add length to cuff, you can knit more ribbing before starting the chart.
