HOOK: 4mm crochet hook (or hook size that achieves correct gauge) & a 3mm hook.

YARN: Approximately 220 (230, 240, 250, 260, 270) yards of worsted weight (#4) yarn.

GAUGE: 14.5 stitches & 17 rows = 4” in modified half double crochet
