Thank you for celebrating the 2017 Cancer Hat Challenge sponsored by Sweet Potato 3!

This hat pattern is dedicated to my friend Sabrina who lost her battle with cancer this year.

The pattern uses a different slip stitch I call the double slip stitch or dss as well as double crochet, foundation double crochet and front and back post double crochet stitches. Made from the brim up in turned rounds after the brim, you’ll be able to work this up for donations pretty quick!

This pattern is written and distributed by Darcy’s Crochet Creations. Please feel free to donate, sell, gift or wear whatever you make from the pattern but if anyone asks, please let them know you got the pattern here! Do not share, sell or copy this pattern for any reason.
