Safra by Susanna IC

Safra

This pattern is available for $7.50 USD buy it now

The inspiration for Safra comes from the interesting textures that nature creates in autumn. The pattern features soft graduated cables and leaf-shaped cables on a reverse stockinette stitch background. Additional texture is created by working few bobbles along the bottom edge of the crescent and the ends of the scarf (CHART ONLY).

This pattern includes two shapes; a traditional rectangular scarf and a crescent wrap. The scarf is worked from a temporary cast on at the center, down to both ends. The elongated crescent is worked from the top down and is shaped using simple garter stitch short rows.

2 August 2014 - Error in the short row directions—all wrong side rows should be knit, not purled, for a garter stitch texture, not stockinette.
