Sakrisoy
This is a slouchy style hat that uses stranded color-work in the design. There is a chart for the color work. Its a simple chart good for beginners who are not confident yet in color-work.
Two colors needed: Main color 200-300 yds and Contrasting color 150-200 yds approximately
Sample knit using Madelinetosh Vintage Worsted in Bluesteau and Grasshopper colorway.
Inspired by the landscape and history of a small island in Norway, Sakrisoy is where little yellow houses line the edge of the water with snow-capped mountains in the background. Deep blue clear water and simple lines mimic the boat dock structures and the feeling of simplicity, order and a warm home. Tusen Tukk (Thousand Thank You’s!)
