Wanna feel witchy?

Elegant?

Dangerous?

Beautiful?

Want a sweater that fits you in all the right places? The Salem Sweater was designed with all bodies in mind, but especially my big breasted beauties out there!! With this ‘dolman style’ shape through the bust, and the tapering down the sleeves, it creates a flattering fit for all bodies!!

This shape allows for ease and comfort in the wearer, as well as a sweater that you can throw on top of any outfit. You can add length or shorten it to fit your torso at just the right spot, and let the drape and the elegant lace sleeve panel do the rest!

The faux seam down the side helps create structure in the body that won’t roll up on you. And the high/low split hem helps break up horizontal lines around the hips, showing off our curves instead of making us feel ‘blocky’.

The sweater style was inspired by the tv series, “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”, and calls to our inner witches.

Yarn Used :

Dragon Hoard Yarn: Lore base
in the Prudence Colorway.
Dragon Hoard Yarn: Pegasus mohair base in the Dorcas colorway.

Notions :
Stitch markers (8 total; 1 unique for BOR, 4 unique to mark chart) ; scissors; cable needle; row counter (suggested); darning needle to weave in ends; waste yarn or stitch holders to hold your sleeve stitches.
Notes :
This raglan-style sweater is knit top down, using circular needles worked in the round. The sleeves are put on holders, and the rest of the body is knit first.

I recommend before starting this knit, you take out an oversized sweater that you enjoy the fit of, and measure across the front of it. I would then take a look at the finished garment measurements and determine what size you would like to knit.

This is a perfect “second sweater” to knit. This sweater uses the basic raglan top down construction, adding just a little embellishment on the sleeves.

The main color and contrast color yarns are held together throughout the garment, creating a sport weight fabric.

A Special Thank You
