This scrap busting cowl is named because the little two round grannies look like saltine crackers. Each square uses about 6 yards of yarn so it is great for using up all those little golf balls of yarn that you just can’t part with because you know you can use them for something! This cowl can be made inone or two colors or in ten different colors like my sample (or any number you like). It is also easy to make it larger or smaller by simply making more or fewer saltines. Each saltine is roughly 2.5 inches square. Finished dimensions are 8 inches (20 cms) high and around 26 inches (65 cms) around
