Salton, named for the saline lake in southern California, is a delicately beaded cowl worked in an airy lattice stitch, vaguely reminiscent of the crystalline structure of salt. A sprinkling of beads adds a bit of sparkle to the lacework while adding just a touch to weight to the drape. Salton is a great accent piece, wearable all year long!

The beads (about 330 in size 6) are added with a crochet hook and brief instructions are included with the pattern.
