This hat is named for my friend Samantha, who volunteers as a doula at a local hospital, and got me into knitting hats for newborns. These hats are quick, take very little yarn, and are way more interesting (and cute!) than a boring stockinette hat.

I have two versions, one in worsted weight (pink) and another in a DK weight (white).
