The shawl is worked from the bottom up, beginning with the lace border. Short rows create the crescent shaping. An I-cord bind off insures a firm top edge for the shawl. The easy lace pattern stitch is both charted and written.

Before Blocking – 55” wingspan x 15” deep
After Wet Blocking – 61” along top edge, 88” along bottom edge x 15½” deep
