This scarf was designed based upon the sand paintings created by many Native American Indians in the United States, especially those in Arizona. Unique in design, this scarf is completely reversible. One side gives the appearance of cables with a touch of lace, while the other side echoes a raised textured pattern mimicking the designs of the American southwest .

This scarf is created in two panels and then joined using the Kitchener stitch.

Yarn: 2 skeins of Cornelia Hamilton’s Heaven’s Hand Wool Classic (219yds/200m) or any worsted weight yarn to match gauge.
