The “Sandcastle Shawl” -AKA SLO Yarn Crawl Mystery Shawl- is your magic carpet, waiting to whisk you away to the beautiful Central Coast of California.

Join us on our holiday, knit along with us on a guided tour, and make new friends along the way.

What will you see on your journey?
Only some of the most beautiful surroundings ~and native occupants~ to be found in our lovely Coastal Community.

This shawl grows down from a tab cast-on and progresses through the beautiful Central Coast complete with relaxing stockinette dips, accents of lace and the option of adding beads if it strikes your fancy.

The pattern requires the ability to knit & purl, yo, work decreases & double decreases, and follow a pattern - both written instructions & charts are included.

The “Mystery” part of this shawl is over, but the joyous knitting goes on.

This pattern is also part of the Central Coast Mysterious Journeys e-book.
The e-book features 3 Mystery Shawls as well as a bonus Surprise Pattern.
If you purchase this pattern separately, no credit will be given towards the e-book.
