I inherited my love of bags from my grandmother, after whom this pattern is named, and I incorporated
all my favorite elements into this design. This bag is designed for everyday use, with a sturdy body
and straps that are constructed to have minimal stretch, meaning this bag holds up to wear and tear.
You can easily make the straps longer, shorter, thinner, or wider to create your own ideal bag. I chose a
textured stitch pattern to show off the beautiful squishiness of the yarn. And, to make things simpler,
the only sewing required for this bag is attaching the straps – the rest is crocheted together.
