This is a stylish accessory for any winter wardrobe. It keeps your ears warm when worked in a worsted or bulky weight.
Use a fingering or lace yarn and it makes a great fashion statement and keeps your hair out of your face.
The pattern is a simple cable stitch, complimented by a textured border. A cable needle might be helpful, but not really necessary.
Skills needed:
Know how to knit simple cables, knit and purl.
Some easy sewing skills are required to close the seam.
This pattern could also be worked with a provisional cast on and grafted together with Kitchener Stitch.
