This little hat is a quick and easy knit and uses very little yarn. Try not to cast on too tightly or it may be difficult to fit on the baby’s head.

The adornments for this hat can be the fun part - such as leaving it plain for boys, or adding a crocheted flower with a matching button center for girls.

I really like the icords. Easy to make they use 2 stitches each for 20 rows. Then wrap them tightly with one of the loose pieces of yarn that have to be woven inside.
Have fun!
