A traditional style shetland shawl, but worked from the center out in the round. Knit in Canopy Fingering, it is a perfect heirloom piece you will treasure for years to come.

YARN: The Fibre Co. Canopy Fingering (50% baby alpaca, 30% merino wool, 20% viscose bamboo; 200 yds/50 gm skein): yerba mate, 6 skeins.
GAUGE: 17 sts and 28 rnds = 4” (10 cm) in lace pattern, after blocking.
NEEDLES: 1 - 24” US 8 (5 mm) circular. 1 - 40” US 8 (5 mm) circular. 1 set US 8 (5 mm) dpns, or size to obtain gauge.
SIZE: 44” square.
