Sauriel
(for the soothing melodies of Debby Danbrook and her shakuhachi)

~ a stunning silhouette combined with a great fit – you’ll want more than one! ~

A simple yet interesting ribbed fabric creates flattering vertical lines and a gently fitted silhouette without all the fuss of shaping. The ballet neckline closes with an I-cord button loop which is created as part of the I-cord cast-on and the hem falls at the high hip line - but is easily adjustable for length.

Using an extra-large button at the neckline provides a marvelous opportunity to add that one-of-a-kind button you’ve been saving for something special. The closure is for aesthetics, only.

Designed for comfort with 2 - 4” / 5 - 10 cm of negative ease, this top begins with an I-cord cast on at the neckline. The tiny cap sleeves do not extend beyond the raglan shaping. All bind-offs are in pattern maintaining the lovely stretch of this ribbed fabric.
The pattern is written for 7 sizes; sizing measurements above are finished bust circumference; back length is 22 (22, 22.5, 22.5, 23, 23, 23)“ / 56 (56, 57, 57, 58.5, 58.5, 58.5)cm.
