Once a part of the Secret Garden set, #2226, now the Sawtooth Shawlette stands on its own and looks lovely in this hand dyed yarn from Fantail Fibers. This easy shawlette would be a good project to get your shawlette fix before moving on to a more difficult shawl project.

The project works up fast in a worsted weight yarn and the dot stitch adds just enough interest to make the main part of the piece fly. Then the lace edging is worked onto the shawlette in two sections before being joined with either three-needle BO or Kitchener Stitch, which are both explained in the pattern.
