This headband can be made to fit any head size or neck size.

Scalloped Beauty can also convert into a pretty cowl. You have the option to make this wider as an earwarmer or thinner for a traditional headband style. You can also make this longer if you would prefer a longer cowl. Directions are included for all options.

There are no ties, buttons, elastics, snaps etc. needed to make this headband. The stitch pattern creates enough elasticity to easily put on the head. But the stitch pattern is stiff enough to stay on the head.

There is no sewing except to sew on the flower detail.

Pattern has been tested.

To make this you will need sport weight or dk weight yarn. Both yarn types work very well. Yardage will vary depending on length and width of your project.

Yarn used in photos:
Blue and green / wider style- Sport weight

Burgundy / wider style- Elann Sonata dk weight yarn. One skein was plenty to make this.

Pink / Thinner Style- sport weight
