The Scandi Folk Blanket Knitting Pattern, designed by the talented Nicola Valiji of Knitola, is now available.

Scandinavian style Christmas decorations are very much the trend for 2025, which has been the inspiration for the Scandi Folk Blanket. The design includes large rows of Scandi houses, Danish hearts and Nordic trees, with a heart theme featuring throughout. (Detailed charts are included in the pattern leaflet to provide extra guidance.) This blanket would make a joyful and classy Christmas accessory for your home. The shades of Woolcraft New Fashion DK used are festive yet subtle enough to display the blanket throughout the winter season.

The finished blanket will measure approximately 120cm x 105cm (including the border) and will suit an Advanced Knitter.

Additional materials needed:

4.00mm Knitting Needles.
4.00mm Circular Knitting Needles for the border (80-100cm length to accommodate the large number of stitches).
Tapestry needle.
Stitch markers.
