These three cowls are all worked using the same stripe sequence, but in different directions and using different colourways.

Each cowl uses three colours.

With careful weaving in of ends using duplicate stitch you can make these cowls truly reversible.

The ‘wrong’ side has a more graduated look as the colours are mixed up more.

The diagonal and horizontal striped versions take one ball of each colour, while the vertical striped version takes two balls.

Larger needles gives a lovely drape to the fabric.
