This hat is very soft, but the yarn sheds quite a bit. Also, it is not as elastic as I would have liked, so the next time I would make it out of a wool or wool/acrylic blend.

Fast, easy, and very easy to convert to different yarns, or sizes, as I have included the ‘formula’ for calculating the stitches required and the way to shape it.
