Some small children I love happen to love bright colors, and were in need of Christmas stockings. After some brainstorming on how to make theirs stand out, the idea for Scrappy Chevron was born.

The stripes here are flexible; it’s a great way to use up the bits and pieces you have leftover from other projects. I’ve never bought yarn specifically to knit one, I’ve always used my scrappy bits from other stockings.
