A super simple cowl meant to make the most of that single skein of amazing hand-spun.

Inspired by the Scribbling scarf from Mason Dixon Knitting, this is a quick and easy way to make a stunning piece with lots of visual appeal and minimal effort.

The entire piece is knit with alternating stripes of your handspun and a mohair yarn. Use a mohair with a bit of sparkle for that extra bit of oomph!

Materials:
Worsted weight yarn – (3-ply, chain plied, handspun shown in a 60merino/20silk/20cashmere blend from Creatively Dyed yarns in the Goat colorway) – 180 yds
1 skein S. Charles Collezione Luna in the Silver colorway #21 - 232yds
24” circular US size 8 needle
scissors
tapestry needle
