How fun! Little Scrubby Confections for washing dishes or faces!

This crochet pattern includes two kinds of Scrubby Confections: kitchen scrubbies featuring tulle in a spiral design for dish and veggie scrubbing and; bath scrubbies made entirely of cotton for a softer touch for the face and body.

The kitchen scrubby measures just over 3.5 inches across (about 9 cm) while the face/bath scrubby measures 3 inches (8 cm).

Each scrubby is a double layer of cotton with a little wad of tulle in between the layers for puffiness that also serves an important purpose: it provides aeration for quicker drying between uses.

These are so fast and fun to make that you will likely crochet several of them for friends, co workers and family members. Pair them up with potholder, a towel holder or other items to make complete sets for kitchen showers, birthday or Mother’s Day gifts.

Great stash buster to use up scraps of 100% cotton leftover in little balls that you dared not toss out and hoped you would find a good purpose to use them up.
